A vulnerability in the certificate import functionality of the web-based management interface of Cisco ISE and Cisco ISE-PIC could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to read arbitrary files from the affected system. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have valid administrative credentials. This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input by the affected feature. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted request to the web-based management interface of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to read arbitrary files from the affected device, which could contain sensitive information.
