1. Program Overview
The EchelonGraph Design Partner Program ("Program") is an exclusive, limited-access initiative for security-forward organisations that want to shape the future of cloud security. Design Partners receive full access to EchelonGraph Enterprise features in exchange for structured feedback, production deployment, and case study collaboration.
Program Capacity: 5 Design Partner slots are available. Once all slots are filled, the Program is closed to new applicants until a slot becomes available.
Program Duration: Each Design Partner engagement runs for 6 months from the date of activation. Upon completion, Partners transition to standard commercial licensing at the locked-in discount rate.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as a Design Partner, your organisation must meet the following criteria:
Cloud Infrastructure: You must operate production workloads on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
Deployment Commitment: You agree to deploy EchelonGraph on production infrastructure — not a sandbox or test environment. The Program is designed to validate real-world security posture management.
Feedback Commitment: You agree to participate in a minimum of one 30-minute feedback session per month for the duration of the 6-month Program. Sessions are conducted via video conference.
Case Study Permission: You grant EchelonGraph permission to co-author and publish a case study based on your use of the platform. Case studies are subject to your review and approval before publication.
3. Design Partner Benefits
Enterprise Features — Free for 6 Months: Full access to all Enterprise-tier capabilities including: unlimited scanning tiers (Tier 1 Cloud, Tier 2 On-Prem, Tier 3 eBPF), 17-framework compliance engine (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIST CSF, CIS AWS/GCP/Kubernetes benchmarks, Pod Security Standards, DPDP Act, ISMS-P, plus NIST AI-RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP LLM Top 10), attack graph and blast radius visualization, CVE correlation engine, AI security copilot, and all API access.
Cloud Account Limit: Each Design Partner receives access for up to 3 cloud accounts with a maximum of 5,000 assets across all connected accounts.
Locked-In Pricing: After the 6-month Program concludes, Design Partners receive a 60% discount locked in for 2 years on any commercial plan (Pro or Enterprise). This discount is non-transferable and applies to the subscribing entity only.
Direct Roadmap Influence: Design Partners receive a dedicated feedback channel and direct access to the product team. Feature requests and priorities from Design Partners carry elevated weight in sprint planning.
Priority Support: Design Partners receive a dedicated Slack channel (or communication platform of choice) with prioritised response times during business hours (Seoul KST, UTC+9).
4. Design Partner Obligations
In consideration of the benefits outlined in Section 3, Design Partners agree to:
Production Deployment: Connect at least 2 cloud accounts (up to 3) and deploy EchelonGraph against production workloads within 14 days of Program activation.
Monthly Feedback Sessions: Attend a minimum of one 30-minute feedback session per calendar month. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Missing 2 consecutive sessions without rescheduling may result in Program removal.
Case Study Collaboration: Participate in one case study interview (30–60 minutes) during or after the Program. The final case study is subject to your written approval before publication.
Responsible Disclosure: If you discover any security vulnerability in the EchelonGraph platform during the Program, report it immediately to security@echelongraph.io before any public disclosure.
Confidentiality: Pre-release features, roadmap discussions, and internal communications shared during the Program are confidential and may not be shared externally without written consent.
5. Data & Privacy
Your Data Remains Yours: EchelonGraph does not claim ownership of any cloud configuration data, scan results, compliance scores, or infrastructure metadata ingested during the Program. All data ownership provisions from our standard Terms of Service apply.
Tenant Isolation: Your data is strictly isolated from other tenants using cryptographic tenant boundaries. No other customer — including other Design Partners — can access your data.
Data Retention: Upon Program completion, if you choose not to continue with a commercial subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Aggregated Insights: We may use anonymised, aggregated metrics (e.g., "Design Partners averaged 78% SOC 2 compliance after 90 days") in marketing materials. These metrics cannot identify your organisation or its infrastructure.
6. Term & Termination
Duration: The Program runs for 6 calendar months from the activation date specified in your welcome email.
Early Termination by Partner: You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying support@echelongraph.io. Early withdrawal forfeits the locked-in pricing benefit.
Termination by EchelonGraph: We may remove a Partner from the Program for: material breach of these terms, failure to meet deployment or feedback obligations (Section 4), or conduct that jeopardises other customers' security or experience. We will provide 14 days' written notice except in cases of severe breach.
Post-Program Transition: At the conclusion of the 6-month term, your account transitions to the Free tier unless you elect a commercial plan. The 60% locked-in discount is available for 30 days after Program end. After 30 days, standard pricing applies.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform IP: The EchelonGraph platform, including all software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and documentation, remains the sole property of EchelonGraph, Inc.
Feedback License: By providing feedback, feature requests, or suggestions, you grant EchelonGraph a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the platform. You are not entitled to compensation for feedback that is implemented.
Case Study Rights: Co-authored case studies are jointly owned. Either party may reference and redistribute the published case study. Neither party may materially alter the published case study without the other party's consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" DURING THE FREE PERIOD. ECHELONGRAPH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ECHELONGRAPH'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO ECHELONGRAPH IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $5,000. This limitation does not apply to liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
You acknowledge that the platform may contain pre-release features that have not undergone full production validation. EchelonGraph is not liable for issues arising from beta or experimental features.
9. Governing Law
These Design Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, consistent with the EchelonGraph Terms of Service.
These terms supplement (and in case of conflict, take precedence over) the standard Terms of Service for the duration of the Program.
